The personal data obtained from this website is entered and stored within the event’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by the Health & Wellness Confex 2025 authorized personnel. The The Health & Wellness Confex 2025 has instituted appropriate organizational, technical, and physical security measures to protect visitors, exhibitors, and sponsors’ data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

  • Announcements/promotions of events, programs, courses, and other activities offered/organized by the organizers and its partners.
  • Activities about establishing relations with visitors, exhibitors, and sponsors shall not disclose the visitors, exhibitors, and sponsors’ personal information without their consent. They shall retain this information over ten years for the effective implementation and management of the events.
